*If you are booking as a new client, and you would like us to direct bill for your appointment, please make sure your insurance information is filled out on the intake form by the morning of your appointment. If it is not, we will not be direct billing for that session. We can issue you an invoice and you can submit that to your insurance company to get reimbursed.*

Cancellation policy: If cancelling within 24 hours - the first time there will be a $40 charge. The second time, the charge will be half the amount of the service you had reserved the time for, and on the third time or beyond that, the fee will be the full amount of the session you cancelled.
