Carolyn (Co-owner) has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012. She uses a combination of deep and relaxation techniques as well as hot and cold jade stones of different shapes to relax the nervous system, decrease inflammation and soreness and encourage circulation for a very effective relief of trigger points and tense muscles. She has a passion for helping people continue to enjoy their hobbies, because having a work/life balance is very important. Carolyn spent 2 years providing massage therapy to patients in the ALS society in their homes, long-term facilities and hospitals. She has additional certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage which she uses in treatments as a preventative measure to avoid lymphedema and swelling after surgery, pregnancy, lymph node removal, or even having a sedentary job.
